Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced CNC operator with a minimum 5 years machinist experience in the spring industry to work the second shift. This person must be a leader in their field as they will supervise a staff of 5 other persons and set up production to ensure it meets the specified requirements. ( All occurrences of non conformity must be reported.)

Please Note: This position is a second shift position and reports directly to the Plant Manager. This position is available immediately.

Position Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of ISO 9001:2000 or TS16949
  • 5 years MINIMUM-Spring manufacturing and machinist experience
  • Computer Skills- CNC Programming
  • Supply own tools
  • Knowlege of constant force springs desirable
  • Excellent self management skills, written and verbal skills
  • Prior supervisory and job training experience
  • Machine troubleshooting
  • Set up of secondary processes
  • This position report to the Plant Manager.
